Mandalas

Mandala
Today, as we look at patterns in the world, we looked at Mandalas and their interesting patterns.
We created some of our own.  
We also learned that colouring a Mandala is a great mindfulness activity 
if you are feeling stressed, upset or angry.
We have Mandala coloring sheets at our Peace Table for if we need some
time to calm ourselves or relax.
