Mixing Colours

Today we learned about primary and secondary colours.

We began with the primary colour paints (red, yellow and blue)

and took turns mixing them together to create the 

secondary colours (orange, green and purple).

Finding Colours in Nature

As we continue to explore colours, last week we looked at colours that are manufactured such as in a factory. 

Today, we looked at natural colours found in nature.

We went on a scavenger hunt around the school trying to find as many colours as we 

could.
